Villages of Marlboro Community Association
Many residents have inquired about the difference between the Villages of Marlboro HOA fees and the Saxony Square Kingsley Hall HOA fees. So we wanted to answer some frequently asked questions.
1. Why am I paying two HOA dues? What is it for?
A.) Saxony Square and Kingsley Hall are two neighborhoods that reside in the larger Villages of Marlboro Community. Therefore, ALL residents that have property within the Villages of Marlboro must pay an annual HOA payment that goes to Blackstone Management. The management fees for this cover various things for the overall Villages of Marlboro area. Residents that reside in Saxony Square/Kingsley Hall have to pay a monthly HOA fee as well. The monthly HOA payment goes to ProCom and covers various things such as snow removal, leaf removal, necessary neighborhood upgrades, community tree trimming, trash pickup, and more. For more information on the VOM Budget, please visit the VOM website here.
