SSKH Community Watch
The SSKH community is randomly monitored by PG County Police. There is no set schedule for police patrolling the community. However, this is down at various times throughout the week, whether in the morning, noon, or night and on random days. We appreciate your help by vigilantly securing your homes and vehicles. Get to know those living around you as we watch over our community.

We also have a memo to share with the community to address concerns that have occurred from 2023 along with some safety tips.

Updates around AirBnB's
While renting your home is allowed in the community, short term rentals such as Airbnb's are not authorized for operation within the community. In the Saxony Square Kingsley Hall Homeowner's Association Policy Resolution and Rule Adoption Lease Requirements documentation, which was adopted by the members of the HOA board on January 31, 2023, this document references the Declaration of Coventants, Conditions, and Restrictions. In the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, it outlines how leases are handled within the community. Any homeowner who violates this Policy Resolution and Rule shall be subject to fining by the Association after notice of opportunity for a hearing. Also, any lease started that is in violation of this policy is subject for termination by the board of directors pursuant to the By-laws.
